The present overflow of flood waters around certain parts of Nigeria, hoppers foundation (NGO) has and is participating actively in providing food , water , and medics to children who have been displaced by the disaster. In line with the vision of the foundation a temporary shelter has been built around Odepke in Ogbaru local government area of Anambra state.

This shelter is to house and foster an average of 100+Children and some parents who are to serve as guardians and caretakers. The state government is also assisting in areas of shelter and food for some other shelters around this and other location.

Hoppers child development foundation wishes to use this media to solicit and appeal to the general public for support and assistance in ensuring that these children have proper medication, food and cloths.
